Beth Collins Takes on The Marji- Psychological Warfare

For the past four years my husband and I have had the honor of running support for our friends while they take on the Marji Gesick 100 and 50 mile adventure race in Marquette, Michigan. It has been amazing to watch how this race has changed people’s lives. If you are an individual who is capable of digging deep enough to finish this race to the very end then you are simply remarkable. This ride is not for the faint of heart and there is nothing forgiving about it. From the challenging terrain to the fact that you are deemed a "#quitter if you are unable to finish; this journey has no mercy.

I have known Beth Collins since I moved to Traverse City- to me and many other woman who are newer to the cycling community Beth has always stood out as an icon and someone to look up to. It is no secret that she enjoys taking on these long endurance races, however, this one brought on some new feelings. Check out the link below as she dives into what this adventure brought to surface for her. Beth’s insight, experience and ability to dig deeper than 98% of humans proves that she is an extraordinary individual who is able to push past the pain to get where she wants to go! Cheers Beth!
